Mother of two amazing sons and her feisty chihuahua, Koko, Lee enjoys her beach walks and hiking with friends in her spare time. Her passion is mentoring people to live out there best life by recognizing their inner gifts.
Lee has a print manufacturing background of 26 years in Graphic Design, Digital Prepress and Executive Management. Her professional background drives her constantly to be creative and innovative with ideas that are inspiring and trendsetting.
Francine was born in Costa Rica and came to America when she was 4 years old. Francine is married to her best friend, Frank, and spending time with her two beautiful daughters, Sophie, and Camila. She loves walks on the beach with her family and their Golden Lab, Alfie. Francine and her husband and enjoy visiting wineries in the Napa Valley and watching their favorite soccer team, L.A. Galaxy.
Francine's professional experience includes working as an event planner and coordinator for ten years for several non-profits. She has extensive experience working as a catering manager for two hotels before coming to Ambrosia. She has a B.A. in hotel management.
Jennifer is admittedly emotional when it comes to love. She says, "I'll never forget the first wedding I coordinated. I felt as if I was getting married. I knew then I was born to be in this business of emotions, I'm well suited for it". Jennifer's other passions are taking time to relax with a good book, sipping a fine glass wine, and doing this alongside my boyfriend Jack, and our cat fluff.
Jennifer has years of professional experience working as a banker. She was an assistant manager in a startup company for five years. Jennifer feels her expertise has come from her years working as an intern at one of the top event planning companies in Europe. Jennifer is a wedding planner and event coordinator. Melody is deeply concerned with those who need a helping hand. On her off days, you can find her serving the homeless down at the rescue mission. Melody is a fan of the Los Angeles Dodgers, especially watching her favorite player Cody Bellinger. Melody loves sports and plays women's soccer, and plays center field on a co-ed softball league. Melody is originally from Minnesota, moving to Southern California 17 years ago.
Melody studied tourism and hotel management and worked as an event manager for a five-star hotel for five years. She also has an extensive background as a wedding and event planner working in her own wedding planning company. Favorite quote: "No way is too far to arrive where the heart is at home.
Penny appreciates good food and wine, traveling, and exploring new locations with her family. She enjoys discovering new destinations and enjoys hiking and indulging her inner foodie!

Ambrosia was called on to design an old fashion ice cream social as part of my memorial celebration for my recently departed husband. We held it in a large open blah space in my church. I was hoping they would make my vision for a fun loving old fashion social an experience my family, and friends would enjoy as they remembered how much my husband, Don loved ice cream. When I walked into that blah space I was amazed! They went well above the call of duty. They set up a station that resembled an ice cream parlor, they had stations with all types of ice cream favorites, one station for banana slits, another for floats, another for shakes, another for cones, another for hot fudge and other types of sundaes, and then they had a wide assortment of toppings, 8 varieties of ice cream selections. A full soft drink section and coffee and tea section plus they brought the tables and chairs, table coverings, set up and take down crew, they made old fashion ice cream social signage as well. I wanted to write this review for Ambrosia (which I rarely write for anyone) because I’ve had nothing but compliments from my guests on how wonderful an experience they had.Thank you for your hard work. Axios media is a Washington D.C. based media company, I was assigned to find a company that would meet the demanding needs for the national neurosurgeons forum held in Culver City and the national Mayors forum held at the Union Station in downtown Los Angeles. We have used Ambrosia twice for our Southern California events. We hosted two national events that were very demanding requiring Ambrosia’s catering, furnishing, wait staffing, staging, food and beverage service, and more. Both events had to feature “specific menu items that were highly technical and needed a chef who knew how to execute these specified food items. Ambrosia’s chef provided every item on our menu and it was delicious, well executed, and delightfully served. Each event started at 8 A.M. to 9:00 A.M. which meant that Ambrosia needed to have everything prepped, setup and ready to go promptly for the one hundred guest service for each event. They were also instructed that they needed to provide a specific type of china and specific type of cutlery which they did. Ambrosia set up well ahead of time with all the service staff and food items arranged in a very creative way at both of our events. Their service to our guests was in a word “world class” as our guest were leaving they were asking me for their business card. Everything Ambrosia did was amazingly completed, professionally executed, with total attention to the demanding details these events required. We had our wedding at the Japanese Garden in Long Beach California. My husband and I fell in love with the garden the minute we walked through the gate. The garden staff highly recommended Ambrosia Event Services to us so we arranged a meeting with Allen and Amanda and met at their Long Beach offices. The minute we sat down and began to discuss our vision with Allen we knew we had come to the right place. Not only did he make us feel very comfortable, they listened intently to what we wanted for our wedding and made us believe they could make it happen. Our wedding was a fusion of two cultures. Seagate’s annual awards conference was held at the Marriott hotel in Santa Monica, California. This event was hosting the top VIP’s from around the world and we wanted to provide them with a royal treatment. We hired Ambrosia Event Services to provide shuttle services from Los Angeles Airport to the hotels of our VIP’s, and limousine transportation for our top executives after the conference. We also hired Ambrosia to provide the music for our social gathering, Karaoke, their photo booth, photography, and video coverage.
As event planning manager for Seagate west coast I hire event companies frequently. After several conference calls to a man named Allen I felt confident that Ambrosia was the right company to provide the services I needed for this very important event. On the day of the conference I was immediately impressed with how professional each of their team members were. Their drivers were very well dressed, courteous, and arrived on time and delivered our VIP’s without a hitch. Our video we needed turned out better than we expected and was creatively edited for our soon after meeting. The DJ, was fun, had the right kind of music, and our VIP’s from China loved the karaoke system they brought. Everyone loved their photo booth with all the props, and our photography was top notch.

Everything on that list went so smoothly! I didn’t have a single stressful moment my wedding day and it was all because of Allen and his amazing team.
Tent was set up the day before and Allen was there to make sure of it and even sent me a sneak peak to get me all excited.
Natalie, the hair and make up artist, was on time and followed exactly what I wanted. My hair and make up lasted ALL NIGHT! The fact that she is the friendliest sweetest person is just the cherry on top.
Flowers: had to be delivered to 3 different locations by a certain time, and of course they delivered amazing flowers. We did mock a few months before and changed a few things, and the talented Amanda followed that exactly!
One of the most memorable experiences was having the time alone with my husband in the Tbird! So much fun driving with the top down! It was delivered at the chapel as requested and picked up at the venue and arranged, all by Allen!
Photo booth was maned at all times and set up was quick! So many fun pictures we got from our guest! It was a wonderful idea!
The DJ answered all my questions before the wedding and had great recommendations for songs we hand’t picked. Also his jokes and lightness kept the wedding fun!
Andrew the video-cameraman was on time and always shooting.

We had a great experience working with Ambrosia during both planning and the day of our wedding. They have had many years of experience working with our venue in Long Beach but at the same time were willing to create a unique experience for us catered to our vision of the big day. The pictures and video turned out better than we imagined, our guests had a blast in the photo booth, and the bridal party’s hair and makeup turned out great. They even offered free photo workshops leading up to the wedding so we could practice and get the most out of our wedding photos. The entire staff was friendly, enthusiastic, and generally seemed ecstatic to be working our wedding. Ambrosia was quick to respond to us when we had questions or concerns.
